Celeste Cisneros, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, is a dedicated advocate for fitness, health, and wellness in El Paso. With a passion for empowering patients, she provides insightful health education and promotion. Boasting 13 years of nursing and healthcare experience, Celeste employs a holistic, integrative approach to deliver exceptional care that addresses the whole person.

As an El Paso native, she prioritizes her community, particularly when treating patients with chronic or complex medical conditions. Celeste’s lifelong commitment to fitness, dance, and wellness shapes her practice. She holds degrees in Business Administration and Nursing from the University of Texas at El Paso, along with a Master’s degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. Her expertise spans internal medicine, family medicine, functional medicine, weight loss, and hormone evaluation.

Roberto C. Ramalhete, MD, MS

Roberto C. Ramalhete, MD, is Board-Certified physician by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Ramalhete has extensive hospital practice and advanced training in aesthetic medicine, IV infusions, and medical weight loss. He is a proud member of the American College of Physicians (ACP) and the American Medical Association (AMA). Residency, Winthrop-University Hospital, Internal Medicine, 2018 MD from Charles University, 2015
