Botox in El Paso —
Natural Results, Not Frozen Faces

Precision neurotoxin treatments by Celeste Cisneros, FNP-BC — including Daxxify, the longest-lasting FDA-approved neurotoxin available. Botox from $10/unit. Refresh your appearance while still looking like you.

Injected by a medical provider — not an esthetician. Your Botox is placed by Celeste Cisneros, FNP-BC, a board-certified nurse practitioner and advanced aesthetic injector. That means real medical training, a full health-history review, and an injector who understands facial anatomy — not a weekend-course technician.

Benefits of Botox

How Botox works

Botox is a purified botulinum toxin type A. When injected in tiny, targeted amounts, it temporarily relaxes the specific muscles that create dynamic wrinkles — the lines you get from frowning, squinting, and raising your brows. As those muscles soften, the skin above them smooths out, and existing lines become less etched over time. Because we treat only the muscles we intend to, you keep natural movement and expression everywhere else. Most patients see onset in 3–5 days and full results at about two weeks.

Botox & Daxxify

We offer two premium neurotoxin options — Botox, the gold standard, and Daxxify, the newest FDA-approved neurotoxin that lasts up to twice as long. Both are administered by Celeste Cisneros, FNP-BC, an experienced aesthetic injector focused on natural-looking, balanced results.

Botox®

The most trusted neurotoxin in the world. Ideal for forehead lines, crow's feet, and frown lines ("11s"). Onset in 3–5 days, full results in 2 weeks, lasting 3–4 months. Starting at $10/unit.

Daxxify® LONGEST-LASTING

The newest FDA-approved neurotoxin by Revance — the only one formulated without human albumin. Daxxify typically lasts 6 months, with some patients seeing results up to 9 months. Ideal for those wanting fewer maintenance appointments.

Note: We previously offered Jeuveau and Dysport. We now focus exclusively on Botox and Daxxify — the two options we trust most for consistent, natural-looking, longer-lasting results. If you were a Jeuveau or Dysport patient, we'd love to see you and find the right option for your goals.

How Much Does Botox Cost in El Paso?

At Solas Health & Wellness, Botox is $10 per unit (at 20+ units; $12/unit under 20) — among the most transparent neurotoxin pricing in El Paso. Most patients treat by area, so here's exactly what our most popular areas cost:

Botox pricing by area

Forehead lines · 20 units$200
Frown lines / glabella ("11s") · 20 units$200
Crow's feet · 24 units$240
All 3 upper-face areas · 60 units$600

Daxxify pricing by area — lasts up to 6 months

Forehead lines · 20 units$190
Frown lines / glabella ("11s") · 20 units$190
Crow's feet · 24 units$228
All 3 upper-face areas · 60 units$550

Smaller touch-ups under 20 units are $12 per unit. Your exact dose — and your exact price — is confirmed at your consultation before any injections. Ask about current new-patient offers when you book.

How Long Does Botox Last?

Most patients enjoy Botox results for 3–4 months. If you'd rather come in less often, Daxxify lasts about 6 months — and up to 9 for some patients — making it the longest-lasting FDA-approved neurotoxin. How long your results last also depends on your metabolism, the dose used, and how strong and active the treated muscles are. Many patients find that with regular treatment, the muscles gradually relax and results hold a little longer over time.

Starting Botox in Your 20s & 30s

"Preventative" or "baby" Botox uses lighter doses to relax expressive muscles before deep, etched lines have a chance to form. Because the wrinkles never get the daily repetition that sets them in, many younger patients can stay ahead of fine lines with smaller, less frequent treatments. It's a popular, conservative way to age gracefully — and Celeste will tell you honestly whether it makes sense for your skin, or whether you're better off waiting.

Risks & Side Effects

Botox is one of the most-studied aesthetic treatments in the world and has an excellent safety record when performed by a qualified provider. The most common side effects are mild and temporary: slight redness, swelling, or bruising at the injection site, and occasionally a mild headache. Rarely, a temporary brow or eyelid droop can occur — almost always avoidable with precise, properly dosed injections, which is exactly why provider skill matters.

Botox isn't recommended if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, have certain neuromuscular conditions, or have an allergy to its ingredients. We review your full health history at your consultation to confirm you're a good candidate before treating.

What to Expect Afterward

There's essentially no downtime — most patients head straight back to their day. To get the best result, we ask you to follow a few simple steps for the first 24 hours:

Botox & Daxxify FAQs

How much does Botox cost in El Paso?

At Solas Health & Wellness, Botox is $10 per unit at 20 or more units, and $12 per unit under 20. By area, that's $200 for the forehead (20 units), $200 for frown lines (20 units), $240 for crow's feet (24 units), or $600 for all three upper-face areas (60 units). Daxxify, which lasts up to 6 months, is slightly less — $190 forehead, $190 frown lines, $228 crow's feet, or $550 for all three areas. We confirm your exact dose and price at your consultation before any injections.

How many units of Botox do I need?

It depends on the area and your muscle strength. As a general guide, the forehead takes about 10–20 units, frown lines (the "11s") about 20 units, and crow's feet about 12–24 units. A lip flip needs only 4–6 units. Celeste maps your dose to your anatomy at your consultation, so you only pay for what you need.

Does Botox or Daxxify hurt?

Most patients describe the injections as a quick pinch. We use fine-gauge needles and can apply a topical numbing cream if needed. Treatment is typically very well tolerated and completed in under 30 minutes.

Will I look frozen or unnatural?

Not with our approach. We focus on natural-looking results that soften lines while preserving your ability to make normal facial expressions. Our goal is refreshed — not overdone.

What is Daxxify and how is it different from Botox?

Daxxify (daxibotulinumtoxinA-lanm) is the newest FDA-approved neurotoxin by Revance Therapeutics. Unlike Botox, it uses a novel peptide instead of human albumin, and it lasts significantly longer — typically 6 months, sometimes up to 9. It's ideal for patients who want fewer clinic visits. Both products relax the same muscles and produce natural-looking results.

How long does Botox last vs Daxxify?

Botox typically lasts 3–4 months. Daxxify typically lasts 6 months, with some patients maintaining results for up to 9 months. Longevity also depends on your metabolism, the dose used, and how active the treated muscles are. During your consultation, Celeste will recommend the best option based on your goals and lifestyle.

Is Botox safe?

Botox has been FDA-approved for cosmetic use since 2002 and is one of the most-studied aesthetic treatments in the world. At Solas it's administered by Celeste Cisneros, FNP-BC — a board-certified nurse practitioner and advanced aesthetic injector, not an esthetician or technician. Side effects are usually mild and temporary, and we review your full health history first to confirm you're a good candidate.

Am I too old or too young for Botox?

There's no strict age limit. Many patients in their 20s and 30s start with light "preventative" Botox to slow the formation of lines, while patients in their 40s, 50s, and beyond use it to soften lines that have already set in. The right approach simply changes with your skin and goals — we tailor the plan to you.

What's the difference between Botox and fillers?

Botox is a neurotoxin that relaxes the muscles that cause dynamic wrinkles — lines from movement, like frowning or squinting. Dermal fillers add volume to restore plumpness or contour features like the lips and cheeks. They solve different problems and are often combined in one visit for a full-face plan.

Can I get Botox or Daxxify with fillers at the same appointment?

Yes — combination treatments are common and can be done in the same visit. We'll create a full facial plan based on your goals and anatomy.
