WHAT IS DAXXIFY?
Daxxify (daxibotulinumtoxinA-lanm) is a botulinum toxin type A neurotoxin made by Revance Therapeutics. It received FDA approval in September 2022 — the first new neurotoxin approved in the U.S. in over a decade.
What makes Daxxify different: it uses a proprietary stabilizing peptide instead of human serum albumin (the stabilizer used in Botox). This innovation allows Daxxify to stay active in the tissue longer, producing results that typically last twice as long as Botox.
In Revance's FDA trials (SAKURA 1 & 2, 2,858 patients), 50% of patients maintained results at 6 months and 24% at 9 months. Most Daxxify patients come in just 1–2 times per year.

Yes. The FDA approved Daxxify in September 2022 for the treatment of moderate to severe glabellar lines (frown lines / "11s") in adults. It's the first new neurotoxin to receive FDA approval in over a decade.
At Solas Health & Wellness, Daxxify is $9.50 per unit (at 20+ units) — slightly less than Botox at $10/unit. By area, that's $190 for the forehead (20 units), $190 for frown lines (20 units), $228 for crow's feet (24 units), or $550 for all three upper-face areas (60 units). Most patients describe the injections as a quick pinch — similar to Botox. We use fine-gauge needles and can apply topical numbing cream if desired. Treatment is typically completed in under 30 minutes.
