Affiliated Care is how we describe services delivered by trusted partner practices that share our location, brand family, and standard of care — but operate as separate clinical entities. The patient experience is coordinated; the licensure, scope of practice, and clinical responsibility stay distinct.
Right now, that means one affiliated practice: SolasPT, owned and operated by Dr. Andrew Cisneros, PT, DPT. Solas Health & Wellness focuses on aesthetic medicine, IV and peptide therapy, hormone optimization, and functional medicine under Celeste Cisneros, FNP-BC. SolasPT focuses on physical therapy and dry needling. Together, in the same building, patients can access a fuller picture of recovery and wellness.
MEET THE AFFILIATED PRACTICE
SolasPT is a cash-based orthopedic and sports physical therapy clinic in El Paso, founded by Dr. Andrew Cisneros, PT, DPT, MS — a Doctor of Physical Therapy with over twelve years of clinical experience and a Certified Dry Needling Specialist. Every session is one-on-one with Dr. Andrew himself: no aides, no handoffs, no insurance friction.
SolasPT operates from Suite 508B, directly inside the Solas Health & Wellness building. The two practices share an address and a brand family but remain independent clinical entities, each with their own licensure and scope of practice.

One-on-one orthopedic and sports physical therapy with Dr. Andrew. Manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, and spine treatment — full 60-minute sessions, no aides.

Solas Health & Wellness is built around aesthetic medicine, IV and peptide therapy, hormone optimization, and functional medicine — provided by Celeste Cisneros, FNP-BC. Physical therapy and dry needling are outside the scope of an FNP-BC, so they're offered through SolasPT instead, with Dr. Andrew Cisneros, PT, DPT as the responsible licensed clinician.
We built the Affiliated Care section because patients benefit when complementary services live under one roof. A patient receiving recovery peptide therapy often benefits from dry needling and structured physical therapy. A patient training hard at CrossFit might pair IV drip therapy with manual therapy from Dr. Andrew. Coordinating those treatments in one location makes care simpler — without blurring the clinical scope or licensure between the two practices.
