NOSE BOTOX · EL PASO, TX
Soften bunny lines, lift a drooping tip, and calm nostril flaring with a few precise units by Celeste Cisneros, FNP-BC. A natural refinement — and we'll be honest about what Botox can and can't do for the nose.
WHAT IT TREATS
You'll see "nose slimming Botox" all over the internet, so here's the truth: Botox can't change the bone or cartilage that gives your nose its width or shape — only surgery or, in limited cases, filler can do structural work. What Botox can do is relax muscles to lift the tip and reduce flaring, which subtly refines how your nose looks, especially in motion. If you want real reshaping, we'll tell you honestly that's a surgical conversation.
THE TREATMENTS
Most nose Botox falls into two requests — softening dynamic wrinkles, or lifting a tip that drops when you smile. Both take just minutes.
The diagonal creases that appear on the upper nose when you scrunch, squint, or smile widely. A few small injections soften them — often done alongside frown lines and crow's feet for a balanced upper face.
If your nasal tip droops when you smile, a couple of units relax the depressor septi muscle so the tip stays lifted. Subtle, natural, and reversible as it wears off.
TRANSPARENT PRICING
Nose areas use only a few units, making them some of the most affordable treatments we offer. Botox at Solas is $10 per unit at 20+ units ($12/unit under 20). Bunny lines typically take about 5–10 units and a tip lift about 2–4 units — and most patients add these to an upper-face treatment to reach the 20-unit price tier. Your exact dose and price are confirmed before any injections.
SAFETY
Nose Botox is quick and well tolerated. The most common effects are temporary and mild — brief redness or a small bruise at the injection site. Because the nose sits next to the muscles of the smile and upper lip, precise placement matters: an experienced injector keeps the effect contained to the intended muscle so your smile and speech are unaffected.
Botox isn't recommended if you're pregnant or breastfeeding, have certain neuromuscular conditions, or are allergic to its ingredients. Celeste reviews your full health history before treating.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Three things, all with small doses: softening 'bunny lines' (the wrinkles that appear on the sides and bridge of the nose when you scrunch or smile), a subtle nasal tip lift for a tip that droops when you smile, and reducing excessive nostril flaring. It's quick, non-surgical, and very natural when done conservatively.
Not the way a rhinoplasty does — and we won't pretend otherwise. Botox can't change the bone or cartilage that gives your nose its shape or width. What it can do is relax specific muscles to lift a drooping tip or calm nostril flaring, which subtly refines the nose's appearance, especially when you smile or talk. If you want true structural reshaping, that's a surgical conversation.
When some people smile, a muscle called the depressor septi nasi pulls the nasal tip downward. A few units of Botox into that muscle relaxes it, so the tip stays lifted instead of drooping. It's a popular, subtle refinement — sometimes called part of a 'liquid nose job' — and it lasts about 3–4 months.
Bunny lines are the diagonal wrinkles that form on the upper sides and bridge of the nose when you scrunch it, smile widely, or squint. They're easily softened with a few small Botox injections, and they're often treated in the same visit as frown lines or crow's feet for a balanced result.
Nose treatments use only a few units, so they're among the more affordable areas. Botox at Solas is $10 per unit at 20+ units ($12/unit under 20). Bunny lines typically take about 5–10 units and a tip lift about 2–4 units. Many patients add these to an upper-face treatment. Your exact dose and price are confirmed at your consultation.
It's a quick pinch with a fine needle and takes just a few minutes, with essentially no downtime. The most common side effect is brief redness or a small bruise. As with any Botox, results build over 3–5 days and last about 3–4 months.
